Hey everyone! I know this is super early to be talking about the fall semester but I just got my denial letter for the Spring 2014 semester so I wanted to make this group for anyone that's applying or didn't make it in like me. I got a 109 score on my NLN exam which makes my total points for program 130. I took A&P I & Micro which accounts for my points. I would like to retake the NLN in 6 months & hopefully I can do much better. I'm currently enrolled in A&P II & plan on just studying my butt off for the nln in the process. Classes I have left before I'm done with all my "pre-requisites" are A&P II (which I'm currently in), Chemistry, and Nutrition. (which I plan on taking those in spring/summer). Maybe we can get a study group together eventually if anyone is interested! Best of luck to everyone! :)
The thing that has helped me not be so nervous is after I didn't get in for spring semester, I realized it's ok. I still have 2 more classes (after the one im currently taking) to finish All of my pre-requites. So if i finish those & than get into program I can stay more focused on the program & not have to stress about doing both. So I made a goal to get myself "busy" till I can eventually get in. Hopefully this helps someone :)
Btw I had a lot of problems with my application. Things kept getting changed so that I got kicked out of the pool of candidates but I had it fixed. At least I hope it is fixed now. However I am paranoid now. Would anyone mind checking what it says under the limited application status and then application term? It should be a series of numbers. I just want to make sure that the term is correct.
Hey I haven't filed my application status yet for this coming term but I can tell you what mine said for last year (when i applied in august) - 20142. I assume it will be different cause it's a different term but just incase & i don't remember it taking more than a wk or so to be updated fully.

I feel the same way! I start to study and then I get so nervous about remembering everything so I eventually stop! Good luck to everyone!!
