Is there anyone applying to this program that’s based in Florida in February 2021?

I’ve enrolled today and very excited to start in a few months.  With the cost of programs & how competitive it is these days; I’m glad to see an alternative out in the world!

How long was it before your transcripts were received by them and were notified of when you could take a gap exam?  Also, their clinical rotations have been frozen.  I am concerned they will not be meeting CA BRN standards considering this....and ACEN accreditation can always be retracted...and the admissions rep keeps avoiding my emails about it even after I sent in current CA BRN requirements for this COVID period.  I have sent everything in except for my Id badge notarization. LA County is barbaric and takes up to 10 days even on electronic requests.  I am just waiting for those to be emailed.  I am waiting to get approved and see which GAP exams I am eligible to take before paying $200 to access the portal.

Good Job! I received the e-mail of items needed before registering for the Gap exam. You are sooo on it.  I will be working on items needed tonight and tomorrow.  Thanks for keeping me on my toes ?

Hi,

I requested my transcripts to be sent via electronically last week from the schools I got my GE and Science classes needed for transfer. The nursing school I went do will send via Mail and I paid for transcripts via priority.  I will check with ICHS to see if they got them.  I was also concerned with meeting the CA BRN standards, so I called the Board last week.  Each State does have their requirements and we do need certain amount of hours, but due to covid, they are allowing a certain amount of hours online via simulation and the rest in person. I am going to review both board requirements and see if any difference.  I paid the $200, just need to pay for GAP exam.

I am also thinking of starting ICHS’ bridge program in Feb, but I’m on edge. Does anyone know of any individuals who have successfully completed the program? Some of the reviews about this school on here are super scary!

Hi YappaYee! how did you submit your pictures? I see they only accept CVS pictures? do we send those electronically ? how does it work?

So you go to CVS get the photos then take those along with the “notarized” form to like a ups store and get it finalized.  Then send over a picture to your rep, who then will approve it before it’s sent via mail.  They just want to make sure it meets their standards.  Have you sent in your transcripts?  Did they okay them?

my unofficial transcripts were okayed by them. I still need to order the official transcripts for pre reqs, and my LVN transcripts. the lady at ICHS told me I  have all the prereques. they require.

continuing for BSN is separate but its an additional 8400$
