Here's one website that posted a very interesting prediction on Visa Bulletin movement/numbers:
I want a dollar for every rumor that starts in Manila and I would never have to work another day in my life. It is getting more outrageous on a daily basis.
And if one takes the time to look at what is going on there now, with the number of nursing students closing in on the million mark, the chances of someone getting out of their legally to work anywhere is becoming slimmer and slimmer. Odds are not in anyone's favor, the number of green cards issued per year has not increased here at all.
And at issue are the puppy mills of the nursing school world as well that have proliferated under the watchful eye of your government. They are only making things worse for everyone else and not improving things at all.
Best suggestion would be to try to go to another country to get actual work experience as an RN, not as a care-giver.

So then everything else will also get delayed. This is what is called the domino effect.
Do not expect things to be current for sometime, just not going to work.
If you have something like Schedule A put back in place with the 50,000 to 60,000 visas, again, this also includes dependents so it only helps about 17,000 nurses and this will not make a dent in anything. You have 800,000 also waiting thru the AOS processing and then you need to add in those that are under the CP processing.
