Hi guys,
I need help, I overstayed my visa for 10 days thinking that it was alright that I exceeded more than 90 days since i had my plane ticket also submitted upon my visa application. I was told that it wouldn't affect my future travels.
I'll be soon applying for my working visa 457, would my previous overstay be a factor in deciding my visa this time?
Need your insights on this please...
Unless you have overstayed by 28 days it does not usually matter, though depends on immi officer processing the visa.
Several o''nurses lately have been offered jobs in public hospitals by HR departments and now the official okay needs to go through executive and the offers rescindered, this would be more my concern.
Hi.
I just want to ask if an overseas nurse who successfully registered in Australia through AHPRA applied for ANMAC assessment and earned a positive result and eventually lodged an application for regional visa (sponsored by relative)can apply for bridging visa while waiting for immigrant visa?
I am thinking it this way:
1. Student Visa while on bridging program and a month extension will be alloted for job hunting. If no sponsorship, then...
2. Tourist Visa while waiting for ANMAC decision and as sponsored by family. Is it appropriate to job hunt/look for sponsorship with this?
3. Bridging Visa while facilitating regional skilled sponsored visa.
Possible? Legal?
