I'm a nursing student graduating this December and I just accepted a position as a neonatal nurse in the level II nursery at a large regional hospital! I am beyond blessed and excited to have this opportunity! I eventually want to work in a NICU, so I figure this will be a great place to get my feet wet. :)

Hi,
I am wondering what kind of schooling you had to go through to get to that point? I am apsiring to be a neonatal nurse in the NICU and need to get some pointers on how to start with schooling and such.
Thanks
I am graduating this December with my associates degree. I was able to get the position at the hospital I currently work at as a student nurse and my manager put in a good word for me.

Congrats to you. I, too, got to start in the NICU right out of school, so I know how pleased you are.
