Im new here...still worried and waiting for my nclex-rn result

hi everyone! I took my nclex-rn last sept. 7, 2007 and i shut down around 170-190. When i reached 75 items and my computer did not stopped...I got nervous but...I was expecting to finish till 265...actually this is my 4th exam...my first one i shutdown at 265, second one is 75, my 3rd exam was not finished because of an incident, and here I go again...I was worried because I never heard test takers shut down same as my no. and passed! i had 2 select all that apply, 3 computations but 1 computation from that 3 is just guessed because i dnt know the conversion. Most of the questions where prioritization and delegation. I am a california board and dont have SSN thats why i need to wait for 2-4weeks! it really tortures me! i don't know what to do if i fail again...but I trust God that he''ll make even the most impossible to be possible! by the end of the month i will be receiving my test result..i hope its a small envelope because they say small envelope means u passed! God is good! Goodluck to u guys out there who are about to take or waiting for the result just like me!

How do I go about NCLEX-RN retake? Do I have to reapply? I thought the ATT is good for a year?

The ATT is only good for one attempt and if fail usually have to reapply to BON and pay any fees and then re pay pearsonvue. Need to check your BON on retke first before paying personvue

i love this thread! my fellow pinoys are here! yyeeyy!:balloons:yeah, its tragic that we have to wait for a snail mail..aaaarrgghh.. i took mine oct 12 at trident and still waiting for the results, got 3 select all and 3 med calc, stopped at number 75 in 3 hrs. tons of priority, teaching and 10 med question as i remember..i even got 1 herbal med question..well i dont know yet the result but everything is in God's hands now. im staying positive that by his grace i pass the test! can i hear your opinion about my test kababayans?

isnt it exciting that for like after a day or 2, the BON already know our results? and it seemed like a kept secret that will soon be revealed to us thru mail!!!!! aaaaahhhhh...............super exciting! the feeling is the same when you are about to go through the cyclone loop in a roller coaster eh??:lol2: dyou guys love it?;)

All depends on which state you take the licensure with. If CA then they check manually and can take several days and then they will not issue you with a license unless you have a SSN so you have no choice to wait for snail mail. Many other BONs take part in quick results or will show your name online without SSN

Read it in a few places, was explained that it was the reason why they do not participate in quick results

Yeah I think they do. My NCLEX result came late (6 weeks of agony!) because my evaluator was on leave and didn't mail the result before he left. So I guess its true they double-check manually.
