guys, where can i find the Visascreen registration/license validation form? i already passed my nclex-rn and i need to request for validation of my test result for my visascreen. Im a foreign graduate nurse and don't have ssn! tnx for the help!

hi edidion! do you have a social security no? are you a california board? if that so...you can go directly to this site and type the infos needed for you to know if u passed...if you type your name and its there...you passed...but if its not there...you failed...here's the site http://www2.dca.ca.gov/pls/wllpub/wllqryna$lcev2.startup?p_qte_code=RN&p_qte_pgm_code=7800 you can also call the BON to ask if you passed you will have to give your social security no. In case you don't have social security no. u will have to wait 2-4weeks and it will be mailed to you...you cannot call the BON if you passed or not! just wait for the letter! hey glaiden...I've tried the kaplan online review but i didn't finished it until it expired! hahaha...I've also tried NCSBN but same as kaplan...haven't finished it! Mosby is a good reviewer too! but in my own experience, I would sometimes answer 20 from mosbys, 20 from lippincot, etc. I see to it that I've tried questions from different authors...and there you will see the differences...but they would not differ in the rationale...just different way of question. But my favorite reviewer is springhouse3000 it really helped me! Im not making you more confused ok...all reviewers are good...it sometmes depends on the reviewee! what is important is that your familiar with the nursing topics so that you could easily answer whatever questions they might give you! Its better to be prepared!!! Study hard!

i'm so sorry glaiden! I felt bad when I read your post...don't loose hope...I already failed twice before...I know exactly how u feel! You can submit your reapplication to the BON even if its not yet 45days but you cannot take the exam yet! wait for 45 days before you schedule your exam! Thats what I did, 3 days after I got my failed result, I submitted my reapplication then it takes almost a month before my confirmation arrived so its just timing for the 45days policy! You focus more on your review...do your drills everyday and if you think you need more help and u can't review on your own, u can review again in a review center! I do drills from lippincot 8th ed, exam cram, mosbys, kaplan question trainer and the one I like most the springhouse 3000. Start as soon as possible...try to answer at least 50-100/day. Don't read cover to cover...just practice then if you don't know about a certain topic...check it on the book! Don't change your testing center..its not true that its easy or hard to pass in other testing sites. I took my first exam in guam, second in sanfo but I failed! When I took my third in manila...I passed! I dont believe that its easy to pass in other testing sites..it depends on what the computer will give you! Study hard this time! focus! you can do it! Too bad they will not tell you if you pass or fail! I also sent emails to the BON but they did not replied to any of my emails! I also checked our mailbox almost everyday...I guess if you wait...the longer it will be! During my 2nd week I am really freakin out waiting but on my 3rd week I stopped checking our mailbox and started to redirect myself to something like chatting, watching favorite movies, shopping, playing with my niece, etc. When my result came, I was eating my lunch then our maid gave me the envelope...upon holding it...I was really screaming coz Im pretty sure I passed coz its a small envelope! Then I called my mom telling the goodnews...then we started to cry! I know you can do it! just be patient!!! Goodluck!:balloons:

For me, there's a reason for everything...before, i keep asking myself why God allowed me to study nursing if I can't pass the most important exam in my life but I've realized that its just a matter of right timing and it will be yours! You should learn how to accept failures before you will achieve your goal! My parents told me if you did not pass on your 3rd take...go to US and be a caregiver! I told them....NO! whatever happens I will fight for this battle! I know I can do it...And I finally did! hi glaiden! wow we had the same test date...i took it 3pm! well, don't worry about your result, I know how you feel coz if you will read my other posts...seems im really worried why my result are not in yet! During my failing days, i usually received my result exactly 2 weeks or less. But this passed result...3weeks and 3 days!:monkeydance: Just wait within this week, some testakers receive their result after 1month! It depends on the mailing system! I know u passed...i can feel it! keep me posted if u received your result already! instead of worrying...JUST PRAY!!! Goodluck to you!!!

I got my result via mail exactly 3 weeks and 3 days! Im from mindanao so its a little bit long. but I saw the envelope that BON sent it after 2weeks...so it takes 1week and 3 days before I received! goodluck to you!!! I know you will pass! just pray! let me know if u passed ok!

i've read a lot of threads here that they mostly got 5 and above select all that apply and they passed. I'm still waiting for my nclex-rn result and these infos really scares me! does anyone her got about 170-200 questions and had only 2-3 select all that apply...or does anyone passed without any select all that apply? how about drug calculations? I got 2 select all that apply and im not sure if that was correct...i had 3 math...prioritizations...delegations...teaching...oh my...my result will be in 2weeks from now....pls help me...i need words of encouragement...i know i should not be worried right? I hope I pass....

hi everyone! I took my nclex-rn last sept. 7, 2007 and i shut down around 170-190. When i reached 75 items and my computer did not stopped...I got nervous but...I was expecting to finish till 265...actually this is my 4th exam...my first one i shutdown at 265, second one is 75, my 3rd exam was not finished because of an incident, and here I go again...I was worried because I never heard test takers shut down same as my no. and passed! i had 2 select all that apply, 3 computations but 1 computation from that 3 is just guessed because i dnt know the conversion. Most of the questions where prioritization and delegation. I am a california board and dont have SSN thats why i need to wait for 2-4weeks! it really tortures me! i don't know what to do if i fail again...but I trust God that he''ll make even the most impossible to be possible! by the end of the month i will be receiving my test result..i hope its a small envelope because they say small envelope means u passed! God is good! Goodluck to u guys out there who are about to take or waiting for the result just like me!
