Congratulations! I agree, take time off and relax. You deserve it! Nursing schools teach students what they need to pass the boards. The rest you learn on the job. I graduated in May 2000 and was VERY nervous about the NCLEX. I took the Kaplan course and found that when I was sitting down taking the exam I was not near as anxious or nervous as I had been. It helped me to pick apart the questions and eliminate some of the possible answers. Just remember the strategies from the program and do the practice tests on the computer. The NCLEX is almost identical in format.
Oh, and remember 2 other very important things...
Relax and breathe and you'll do fine:) :) :)
And welcome to the nursing family!

Hi you all! I just graduated from an ASN program in December, and I will start working at my (small) hometown hospital next week. I'm SO excited. I've been reading this forum for a while now, and I've learned so much from you guys!
I'm so proud to be a nurse!!! I'm a little nervous about taking the NCLEX, but I'm presently taking a KAPLAN review course, and I plan to study quite a bit, so hopefully I'll pass.
I may be needing some help/guidance/advice from you all soon!
