You are doing to yourself what some doctors do to the patients in regards to important test results and it only leads to prolonged situations. You can't change what PV is saying. You might as well tackle it head-on so that you can move forward accordingly whether it is a well-deserved celebration or a revision of your next approach. Go ahead and check! I don't know where you're located, but it seems to me that if it's been 9 days and you haven't received a letter in the mail, that might be a good sign. It was 9 days for me before my license number posted on the BON website. From there I had to print it off because here, they've stopped sending out the desk copy unless a specific request to do so is entered.
Good luck to you!

At this point, your PVT results will be definitive. You can't change the result so do it! The sooner you know, the sooner you can get on with life. Don't prolong the agony because it won't help you at all. Right now you're afraid of finding out you failed. What's worse is not knowing. Smash through your fear and know what path you will have.

So I officially got my letter yesterday, August 6, 2014: EXACTLY 19 DAYS LATER and I received the best news of my life, I PASSED THE NCLEX AND I CRIED TEARS OF JOY it was ridiculous :sarcastic: but who cares because I'm basking in it LOL! Till this day it feels surreal and its only been a day ha ha ha words can't even explain the emotions I am currently feeling :) Is it illegal to be this happy LOL? I did the PEARSON VUE TRICK after receiving my letter and I should've listened to you all because I did end up getting the pop up and I could have AVOIDED the 19 DAYS OF PURE HELL FROM THE WAIT. But its ok because holding the actual letter feels amazing and I wouldn't have any other way.

Thank you :) I constantly did tons and tons of questions and I practiced tons of SATA questions, I also made a list and split it into 2 categories from what I DIDN'T KNOW and what I DID KNOW and I focused more on what I wasn't well versed in and skimmed through what I already knew and was confident about. It's important to know content but being able to answer the questions itself and understanding what it is asking you has to be thee most important thing because if you master that you will know how to address the question and if you feel stuck just BREATHE! Give yourself a second to relax and recollect your thoughts and re read the question once more and think of the ABC's and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs because it truly helped me whenever I felt stuck. I may sound silly to you but after every question I answered I said a simple prayer and gathered my thoughts and continued. WHEN YOU STOP BREATHING, YOU STOP THINKING SO TAKE A BREATH BECAUSE YOU'LL BE FINE. Once you step out you'll feel like a failure but that's normal because I felt that x MILLION and as I may add I never checked the PEARSON VUE TRICK because I didn't have the it in me to do so. I decided to wait for my official letter to come in the mail and bam I got it and all the anxiety I was feeling just disappeared. Have faith in your self and if you feel stuck close your eyes, breath and pray! I wish you success and please do update me with your test:)

I'm an instigator. Just try the trick. You're going to find out eventually.
