GET THIS BOOK! It's fantastic. I finished A&P II last semester, but oh, how I wish I'd had this during class. It really brings it all together in a cohesive (and entertaining) way. I also really recommend How We Die, which covers, well, the mechanisms of death. It's wonderful.
