I take NCLEXRN this Tues

I am taking my NCLEX RN this coming tues I am very nervous I have been doing 100 questions a day and did Kaplan online except QT7. I have also done saunders 4th. I guess I should just keep doing around 100 a day and go over my lab values and some meds and some other facts. I hope all this prep works.

thank god someone is in the same boat as i'am.

i take the rn boards too this tuesday in gardena, ca at 1pm!!!!

i feel confident and positive but that inner something in me tells me something else....i just have to kick it to the curve! lol! now im sounding like a psych pt!

i did :typing 100% of kaplan and did all the question trainers!

right now since i did all of kaplan, im doing ati.

and doing other questions my hubby signed me up like :typingwww.rnquiz.com and http://www.onlinenclexreview.com also doing mosby's cd that my college provided for me.

so you can im doing a lot of questions a day maybe 250 a day but of course taking breaks in between them. :nuke:

No I contacted both my board of nursing and pearson neither one has my results yet. Pearson said that if I want to I can do quick results but not until after 48 hrs after I finished which was 6pm est on Tues so if I want to pay the $8. I can find out tonight, if it comes up.

I am not sure if I want to pay to find I am a failure.

Positive thinking!!!!! We tested the same day (formerly NSUNurse2b) and I thought I failed when I walked out of there, so many SATAs and I just felt as if I was below the passing level the entire time! I understand the feelings, but don't give up! If you don't mind my asking, which state you are in? I am sure you did fine! How was the test for you?

I am wishing you the best of luck. Calm down & take a deep breath and say to yourself, I have study, I know the material and I am going to beat this test. When you pass (notice I said when you pass) Take a long vacation. Not only do you needed, but you deserve as well. Good luck RN

In pa I had ALL 265 I think that is a bad sign, my mind was mush after 200 and I was very depressed since it kept going. I just wanted it to STOP. I did Kaplan and did the ideas they use when I could. I already contacted Suzanne about following her plan. She said I have to wait to find out then do her first tip from the beginning. I have a wonderful job waiting for me I have been shadowing on the floor that I HOPE to work at and I love it. I am not sure if she will hold my spot. I am not sure if they have any tech jobs open.

The number of questions doesn't determine whether or not you have passed or failed. Just try and relax and de-stress and don't study anything before you find out because you have too much crowding your brain right now. I had taken Kaplan as well and did not use any of their strategies. I thought the questions on NCLEX were more basic than those of Kaplan, the entire time I felt as if I was below passing level. You only have to get 50% right, please don't give up hope! And please keep me posted! As far as the job, don't worry about that now, and if she is un-willing to hold the position for you, then it may not be meant for you to go there and there may be better options for you. Take care

you did the test, it's over with! there's so turning back now. you gave all of yourself into this! you studied hard and gave 100% into it!

just try not to think about it! give it 1 more day to get your results.

meanwhile, stay busy!!! just distract yourself from thinking about the test!

i really, really wish you the best emilysmom2, i really do! you want this so bad than any other person, i know you do! and i want it to for you!

just calm yourself and be positive! you are being to to to harsh on yourself and you are just letting the bad side get into you.

praying is the answer, let god be in your heart and he will heal that low spirit of yours!!!

i pray with you that you will pass!
