I just graduated from nursing school in may and I was a CNA for over 10 years and I have to agree with tony Some nurses do treat CNA like they are on the lowest level of nursing. Even some NS do it, the idea is placed from almost day 1 in nursing school. You delegate that task that require skill not so much knowledge. This can give the NS who's never been a CNA the idea that" I don't have to do bedpans or baths the tech will do that". It gives them a wrong sense of reality. Trust me Tony there will be many,many,many days when that NS will have to bite her words and come to realize that contrary to popular opinion going to school doesn't make you superior and guess what they don't teach common sense in nursing school.

I took mines on the 18th and I prayed that I got over 75 because I knew I had a chance. When it stopped on 75 I wanted to cry. I got about 5 SATA, 4 math questions, 6 meds question and the rest was delegation and infection control. I just knew I failed because to me the questions are weren't getting harder. but you know what on Sunday i found out I passed so HANG IN THERE AND GOOD LUCK , I'M PRAYING THAT U PASSED

I would suggest Kaplan, Saunders and Lipponcott their really good, also use the threads here( Randon Facts and Infection control)

OMg I took the NCLEX on friday and the same thing happen to me.I thought theses questions are not getting harder, when it shut off I knew I failed I told the TA i'll see you in 45 days, I started rescheduling things i cried all the way home. I put 2 threads on allnurses 75 pass or fail. The waiting is murder but you know what I passed so i know that for someone to tell you not to worry it easier said than done but the likely hood of you passing with75 is really good STAY STRONG

Eri was a big waste of time like everyone has said before the book is really good but the live review sucks. I suggest Kaplan

I took the NCLEX today and I only got 75 questions I noticed that most people on Allnurses that got 75 questions passed. IS it more likely that I passed or failed?

I took mines today and it shut off at 75. I'm almost sure I didn't pass because the test was to easy

I took my NCLEX today. I only had like 5 SATA, about 5 math questions and it stopped at 75 questions. I didn't have any levels or anything it made me think that I did really bad. Is this normal? I'm so scared that I failed that I already trying to figure what I need to retake. It doesn't make it any easier because alot of people have failed with 75 question HELP I'm Freaking OUT:cry:
