My mother took the nclex on march 6th of last week. She was "sure" she did not do well when her computer turned off at 75 Q's. But she did WELL, she passed and is now an RN after being an lpn for 4 years. I'm sorry to ramble but I'm so proud of her. I know you did well also, just keep your head up and think positive.

I just got home from the test taking center.
I did not really prepare my nclex due to some family issues. i did some ati tests, which took all my confidence away. also i did the kaplan q trainer and got around 60%. tried to read the sunders, but couldn't really focus on that, so many information from that book.
My grade in my calss is not that good, especially for the second and third semester. So I always said to my friends "hope i can get between 100 and 150 questions, although i want to finish by 75. but i don't think i am that excellent to pass at 75 questions, if i only got 75, that means i failed".
today, it becomes to a truth. i finished the exam at 75 questions. i spend less than 2 hours on that. (when i did the surgey, the computer asked me if i want to take my break).
i got only 3 SATA, some infection control, some priority ("which one will u assess the first"), tones of medications. i did not spend time on preparing meds, and i guess i failed mostly due to this part.
also, there is not question like "which client will u assign to the RN", "which client will u discharge at first"... seems like i was getting some low level questions
i am panic now! i dont want to spend another month on studying
