I PASSED!!!!!! Finally...whew!

Posted

Specializes in None.

Hi all. I really wanted to get on here and thank you all. I was on allnurses just about everyday. Reading about everyones ups and downs while preparing, testing, passing, failing, and retaking the NCLEX exam. It helped me tremendously and made me aware that I was not the only one with the feelings of anxiety, dissapointment, and now...JOY!!!!

This was my thrid time taking the NCLEX: 1st time I had 2?? questions, second time 88, and the third...all 265! Please, Please, Please!!!! Don't ever give up. if being a nurse is part of your reams and inspirations, do not give up on it.

Pray, study hard, time your time...can't stress that enough...and have faith in yourself that you can do it.

God is good!!!!

Regards,

A blessed R.N. :nurse:

I used NCLEX 3000 (lots and lots and lots of questions are key), Saunders (when I needed to review content), and made myself flash cards. I know that is kind of old school for some, but I took them everywhere I went. They really came in handy.

Congratulations!!! That is so exciting!!! I am testing for the 2nd time on Thursday, April 22 and I am sooo nervous!!! I have been studying almost the exact same as you (Saunders, NCLEX 3500 and Flashcards). I used Kaplan the 1st time and I really struggled with it.

You have really encouraged me!! :) Again, congratulations!!!!! You are now an RN!!!!!!!

thanks for the information on nclex 3000 and congrats again

Congrats...I took mine yesterday for the second time...did you have alot of med questions and select all that apply? I had I had like 40-50 med questions....which i didn't even know. Infectious disease was on there and alot of select all that apply!!! I think it was much harder this time since they changed the test plan!!!
