You do not need to get a BSN to become an RN. There are several Community Colleges that offer the ADN program which will allow you to get your RN License as well. I have found that they usually take about the same amount of time to complete though so if you can afford it, I personally, would go for the BSN.
All of these require pre-reqs to get into the nursing program. You really can't get around that. There are some "specialty" schools out there, like MedVance but you have to be really careful with those. Most are not accredited and are a waste of money.
Can I ask why you are wanting to avoid "college"? You will learn pretty soon that there really is no quick way of becoming a nurse.

I agree with everything said above. Check into your community college and local university, and see what your options are.

Perhaps you should talk to a guidance counselor at your high school or the local community college. In many states, students can take concurrent courses in high school that will allow them to earn college credit while working toward their high school graduation. I know it is your senior year, but if this option is available in your state, it may be early enough in the school year for someone to pull some strings to get you started toward earning your pre-req courses for college this year. Hopefully, this will give you the jump on starting your college education. I agree with the other posts...I would advise going the college route vs. the "specialty" schools too.

ADN and then bridge to BSN (possibly online)
