I currently hold an MSN in Education and want to get into the DNP program at University of Southern Indiana. I missed the application deadline for Fall, 2014. In the meantime- I would love to take the 3Ps somewhere (online) as my MSN program did not include them.
Are there ANY programs out there that allow enrollment without being degree seeking? I can do them once I (hopefully) get into USI- but it puts me back a year and I want to do SOMETHING in the meantime. (Let's just say I'm 55+ and tempus fugit!)

Maybe Indiana Wesleyan?
No luck so far Very frustrating that online programs cannot increase their capacity to allow 'courses only students'.

True! Patho and Pharm would lend themselves easily to online format for infinite participants. Assessment needs to be in person though.

I know this is old... but Mary Jean I want to know, did you end up going to USI? Did you like it? I am investigating graduate programs and it is on my short list. Also... did you find somewhere who let you take the 3 P's? Thanks in advance!

Sacred Heart University will allow non-degree students to take classes. In case anyone else finds this old thread and still wonders.

For anyone else wondering about this, the University of California Extension program definitely offers Patho to anyone, no admission requirements. They may offer Pharm. Check with each UC campus' individual Extension program to see what they offer - best bets are UCLA, UCSD, Davis, Berkeley. I believe Johns Hopkins School of Nursing also offers some of these classes online.
