There's absolutely no way to tell if that means you failed. You're allowed to get some questions wrong, you know. You'll just have to be patient and wait for your results. It shouldn't be too long before you hear. Be glad you weren't writing the CRNE, because you'd be waiting a lo-o-o-o-ng time.
BTW, was your caps lock button stuck when you typed your post? Using all capitals in a Net post is the same as shouting...
Please take the time to do some reading on the NCLEx Forum, and you will find out that the number of questions, the time that it took you to write the exam, whether or not you got the last question right or wrong will have no bearing on your results.
They go by the level of questions that you were getting the majority of the correct ones in, and all that write the exam get 50% correct and 50% incorrect.
There is absolutely no way to second guess what your result will be, nor any reason to as it will not change anything. Just wait until you get your actual results and let us know how you do.

hi everyone.im new here. i just took my nclex exam. i finished 156 items. and i think i answered my last question wrong. and then the computer shuts off. from ur point of view,would that mean i failed? im hoping for ur kindest response. thanks.
