Yee-haw!
The NMs on both units changed half the meds to 5 am so I have another hour. Wow, does it feel good to trust what I'm doing!
I'm liking this place.

That's half the battle! Am I correct in thinking you're working LTC? I swear, the med pass alone is a killer! great to hear
God, yes, LTC. Un-freaking-believable pass. And before they changed the times it was unsafe. I HATE that!
caliotter, getting the RN was better.
Actually, Sue, I thought you would say the highlight of your life was passing the CPNE! Ha, ha!
That was the hardest, girl! NCLEX was a breeze.

I do not know what you mean I guess because I am a GN out of work, but I say Congratulations on your achievement.
In long term care you have a lot of people who get medications. A LOT. You have one hour on either side of the desognated time to bang them out. If you have 30 people getting meds and two hours that means 4 minutes per person. GAH!

No, I got an hour added. I now get 6 minutes per person.
