I am back in the Saddle as a full fledged RN at a dialysis center!! So, don't give up!!!

Well. :,-( hr called and said they were offering me a job and that they would have to run my license issue by employee relations and maybe risk management. And that they would call me back. Has this happened to anyone else? I gave the board order to both the director and manager when I interviewed and they were ok with it. I called the manager after I talked to hr and she said she would call them and if I don't hear back from her not to worry. :-( any similar experiences? It's a big hospital system in central Texas.

I was offered my job before hr looked into things also. It may just be a formality. I've been employed at my job for ten months.

Did you have a board order that hr could see? Like is know with tpapn it's confidential right? Mine is a reprimand so it's for all eyes to see on the boards website.

No problem. All of my discipline and suspension along with all documents for me are available online for anyone who looks up my name. My job gave me a wonderful chance and for that i am blessed :)

do any of you guys have a criminal background? that seems to be the thing that is keeping me from getting hired....and did you have prior dialysis experience. OH, AND CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU ALL!! so happy for you!!
