The scholarship is for $1300. How weird is that?
congrats on getting the scholarship!!
i wish you all the best with whatever you decide to do in your career. i agree with deb... i think someone might be trying to tell you something... don't give up yet! :)
i'm an up and coming EC student (yay!), so i'm curious--how do you apply for EC scholarships?
I think my husband's lap chole he had today with his hospital stay last night and tonight, the labs and CTs, etc., will have to take precedence as far as money. We also are working on something hugely important, more important than this test, that will take much of our money. Again, I have no business being an RN the EC way anyway. Would anybody here want me as your RN with my very old work experience?

i would.
you'd be no greener than any other new RN coming on the floor.
you learned the material and you passed the tests.. you had the drive and the motivation to self learn and that right there shows alot of heart.
anyways, best of luck to you in whatever path you should choose!
hope hubby recovers quickly.

I got that award also. You don't actually get the money. You can use it toward CPNE, practice tests or the like. If you don't choose to continue with EC, they keep it. It came in handy with practice tests
