I got my days screwed up

So for whatever reason I pulled up my pearson vue email to see what time my appt time was again, 11 or 1130 tomorrow, and it was supposed to be today.

I don't even know what to do. I am so upset. I have been studying my butt off, I SWORE it was tomorrow, have it written down that it was tomorrow, and it was this morning!

It says on the webpage you forfeit your fee for a no show, my bf is going to kill me.

I'm going to call them first thing in the morning and see if they will forgive me this once.

I am so sorry. I would be a wreck. Maybe if you call them they you will get in touch with a compassionate person. I have a fear that that will happen to me just because of my schedule I lose days in my head. I really hope that it works out for you. If your boyfriend starts to get mad just explain to him that he cant be any madder at you then you are at yourself and that he being mad isn't going to help the situation.

Thanks. I tried to reply to your PM but I don't have PM's yet. I called them this morning and they told me I had to send an email telling them why I missed it. I pretty much begged them and told them that I have been recovering from surgery and must have somehow written down the wrong date. I don't know if it will help, but I hope so. I don't want to tell my BF I need money to pay for a test again, when essentially when it comes down to it, it was my own fault.

It seems like they would let you have at least one mulligan. I can see if you were a chronic no show test taker. I can't imagine they get a lot of them.

How long do you think it will take them to reply?
