Well, no need to stress about wedding plans on top of selling the house and second semester clinicals!

I got home from the bank this morning and my fiance said "lets drive to TN today and get married." And, we DID!!!!

I'm so giddy. Bet you're wondering why I'm here.

Y'all are the 2nd "people" I've told! :chuckle

We all share so much, how could I not?

Congratulations! As a fellow elopee... eloper? (elopoid??) I know how much fun it is. Enjoy your new life together!

Here is wishing you all of the best.... Congratulations..

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!! Simplicity is always best.

We got married in the church, no invitations, just called all the Aunts and Uncles (very large families both sides) gave the time and date, and they passed the info on to their kids.

After the church, we had a huge barbeque in the backyard! Love isn't determined on the size of the wedding, just the lump in your throat you get when you think of the one you love!!!

Thank you to everyone I haven't yet responded to!

We spent a wonderful follow-up day painting the inside of our house to get it ready for selling!!! I can tell you're all jealous. :D

Congratulations!!! Oh yeah...I bet you spent your honeymoon "painting"! :)

WOW!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! WISHING you MANY, MANY, MANY years of happiness.

Thank you Tonya, Dennie, Angie, J. Tigana, Nessa (we did it partly b/c of the money :) ) and researchrabbit.

One whole week of remarried bliss and I'm still mentally sound.

So far so good! :wink2:

Congratulations and good luck to you. My wife and I go married in a park with only her cousin and the clergyman present. I was never one for all the pomp and circumstance surrounding weddings. I figure you have your whole rest of your life for that. Best to just keep things simple when you're starting out and focus on the important things.
