hello, Im planning on going to the Hurst review seminar coming up in january. Has anybody taken the seminar and did it actually help. I have the Silvia Rayfield cd's and they are super good. I welcome all your comments

I have never taken, but have heard second hand that it was really helpful. Supposedly for one person I heard about, she went from failing the NCLEX at 75 questions, to passing it at 75 after taking the Hurst reveiw. But that's all I have as far as information for their product.

I found HURST helpful in starting off my review. It made information easy to understand. I recommend the HURST online because it is taught by the creator of HURST and you can go at your own pace. I first attended the live review but it had a lot of BS attached to it (i.e. people asking useless questions during lecture). I paid additional money to get the HURST online content. Its exactly the same as live information but just skips all the BS. I wished I just order the online version from the get go!
*I did not feel HURST by itself is enough, so I did Saunders (content) and Kaplan (critical thinking/test strategies) as well.
***I passed the NCLEX-RN on my first attempt!***
Good luck! You can do it!

We had a "lunch n learn" where a Hurst reviewer came to our school in hopes to upsale us their review program. I thought that the 1 hr presentation the lady game was 10 times more helpful than the 2 day lecture we had on the same subject earlier in the semester.
