I haven't seen anyone start a thread about applying for this year's HRSA scholarships. I am waiting to see if I am accepted into a school in IL (fingers crossed!) and then I am going to start my application process for HRSA. The program I am applying to is a 16 months ABSN that starts in august! what about you all?

Have you been accepted some where yet? Still in the application process? Already started the Scholarship application?

You inspired me to check mine this morning and also got my counter signature! Notified of finalist 8/9 and sent in materials 8/10. There doesn't seem to be any order in how they move through these.

Where are you guys seeing signatures on contracts?

Omgggg! I just got my email! I’m a finalist!! I have so many questions! I’m so happy excited!! The W4 is for what? 
 

also, can I get a loan now and they can reimburse it? I am making cash payments.. 

 

the school verification is all that has to be filled out from the school?

the school verification is all that has to be filled out from the school? 

W4 is for the monthly stipend, school has to fill out verification of attendance forms, and you can take out a loan and they will reimburse seeing as the money likely won't be official until possibly oct/Nov

Hey can someone explain the countersignature stuff? I received my finalist email in middle of august and  I submitted the w4 and fall verification form. Do I need to do anything on my behalf? I am getting super anxious as I know someone who was not informed until the very last day that no more finds were available. ?
