HRSA 2021-2022

I haven't seen anyone start a thread about applying for this year's HRSA scholarships. I am waiting to see if I am accepted into a school in IL (fingers crossed!) and then I am going to start my application process for HRSA. The program I am applying to is a 16 months ABSN that starts in august! what about you all?

Have you been accepted some where yet? Still in the application process? Already started the Scholarship application?

Hi everyone! I just received my finalist email. My credit check was done Saturday. My EFC was in the 4000s, and GPA was 3.43 for my prerequisites- much lower for my first bachelors (young and dumb!). I currently work in the social work field helping adults with disabilities and a majority of my caseload being low income and having comorbidities so I definitely touched on that in my essays. I’m in an ABSN program

There are other factors taken into account. Experian shows the credit check.
They have until September 30th to notify you.

There are more funds available this year then ever before.

Veralda I definitely had to stop reading once I saw people were in final review to not receive the award. I just..I couldn’t read anymore my goodness ?

I kept reading and they said it was a glitch and ended up getting awarded
