How to use my last 4 days effectively????

Published

Hey all!! I am freaking out 😨😨😨 after today i only have 4 more days until my test. I'm wondering what is the best way to prepare my last 4 days before the test so that it is effective. I have kaplan q bank ( 63% with all of qs done) and I have been using the ati review book. Any advice would be great I have to pass!!! I do have the ready to pass book and the 38 page study guide and plan on using that the next 4 days as well.

Relax. Get a massage. Do something fun. Review. Relax some more. Sleep. Eat. Review. You know what you know at this point.

Awesome. Thanks for the support. I have to say ive been studying for about 5 week, i mean i probably studied 5 days each of the weeks, and did 3 or 4 hours each of those days. I feel like thats not enough but not much i can do now. Im trying my best to review weak points but its hard to make sure i remember everything im reviewing lol

My exam is on July 10th and I'm freaking out too . I'm going to keep receiving some content and doing questions and Thursday I'm going to rest up .

I am the same day!! Good luck. We got this! I think £'m going to also just keep doing content review and questions up until then. It cant hurt.

I'm sure we got this !!! We know more than we think .

I never finished the qbank and did just fine. I would say do 75-100 questions/day & review rationales. The day before NCLEX: do NOT study. Instead, go have fun & go to the movies or for a massage. You don't want to show up to NCLEX burnt out from studying.

What did u do in terms of studying? Just questions and reviewing answers or did u do content as well

I had done Hurst online. This just entailed watching their videos & filling out the study guide. I did not memorize any of it or learn it enough to teach it (which is what Aunt Marlene recommends you do). After watching each video twice, I stopped reviewing "content only" material & started doing straight questions.

If you *really* feel like you need to review content, HeyRona on youtube has some great NCLEX charts.

I just got to the point where I needed to take the darn test. I moved my exam date up by 3 days to a Saturday & it worked out for the best.

Yeah, as of now I'm still just doing a review of systems in Med Surg section in my ATI book just to continue to review. I plan on watching youtube videos at night b/c i remember so much better by videos!! I'll have to check out heyrona too. I feel ready to test, I'm just nervous as to what questions I will get. Do you recommend continuing questions until my test (3 more days), or just continue to review?

My plan was continue each of the last 3 days with content during the day, and questions/videos at night.

I also had tried to move my test up, unfortunately they are all full lol -_-. I just want this to be over!!!!!

Remember to study Cardiac Rhythms. All the best on your exam.
