About $100 every 2 weeks.

Are you two only covering yourselves? Or are you carrying a child or spouse?

$1277 per month for myself and 4 kids.. Premium keeps going up, but my family's income stays the same. We don't qualify for subsidies Husbands employer only pays for HIS insurance premium.

About $22 every 2 weeks, (per paycheck). This includes medical and dental for myself, 2 kids and a husband, vision for myself, and life insurance for all 4 of us with different amounts. No deductible. Copays for doctors visits are $10

$300 a month from the exchange. My job doesn't offer insurance and my husband's job (state contracted job) only pays his premiums, a spouse can get insurance but, has to pay full price. He pays $30 every 2 weeks. My insurance is better though.

$92 Biweekly for family coverage, $3000 deductible, after which insurance will pay 90% until 5000 dollars is reached in out of pocket expenses, then kicks in at 100%.

I'm not a nurse though, I work full time for a bank while completing my prerequisites.

I pay $67 for employer-sponsored health insurance every two weeks. I am single and the coverage is for me only. A coworker pays $249 every two weeks for full family coverage (employee + spouse + kids).
