(this was a major increase in pay from the local hospital pay after 2 years of $14.79, also at night.)

4. Staff salaries: $18-25/hr w/ shift & 'extra weekends' benefits.... Glass ceiling for staff is $25.

2- been doin' this for 5 years
3-CCU in only major hospital in region
4-$17.68-- night shift differential $2, we no longer have charge nurses, so basically we're SOL. Plus, your lucky if your check is correct, they always seem to "accidentally" mess up your paycheck!
