How many student are left?

You're lucky General - my micro and a&p profs would not let people add unless there was a spot at one of the 29 chairs...no exceptions.

I think it is really important to be able to add/waitlist these classes because there are so many dros and they are in such high demand. It's crazy the drop reates for such a KEY class for your carreer, you know??

Here's an update. We started with 22 in chemistry last night 9 of us showed up. We had 5 lab groups, last night we barely had 3.

Sounds like all my classes, too. Dwindling numbers. One month to go and some days I feel like I am on top of the world and then the next I feel like being the one not coming back.

My online Interpersonal Comm class has gone from about 25 to 8 people! It kills me...because that is the easiest of the classes I am taking right now.

I know that we have lost a lot of APHY students since the first test. Basically if you bombed that one you had no chance of pulling your grade up. I think my lab class went from 20 to about 12-15 students.

My bio class is the same way, but I can kind of understand. The prof is a first timer. She knows her stuff, but sometimes gets mixed up in lecture or lab. I have actually done really well in there, but a lot of people got frustrated and quit.

The drop thing can be a indicator of the quality of a teacher. I picked an online psych class for next semester based on the fact that the teacher only had one drop in each of his 2 classes. All the others had a 30% drop rate. Just something to think about.

In my A&P/Micro class we started with 25 and we lost about 8 people. It is kind of frustrating thinking about how hard it was to get into that darn class...lol.

we started with 32 and it was packed tighter than car of clowns.... after midterms, he had did the paper to expell 12 for cheating during the lab midterm (he gave you the answer in the question) and now we are barely seeing 7 people in class and also at lab... everyone is getting a C in A&P II..
