Our school is a little over a year long. We go seven hours a day, whether clinicals or to school. We can miss two days of clinicals and two of theory in the classroom for each trimester, but we have to make it up on off days. We get a little over two weeks for winter break and one for spring break. There are also a few other holidays in between.
Its pretty hectic, especially the first two months of school. After clinicals start they eased up a bit.
We have a 9 month program divided into 3 quarters with class on Mondays from 8-3:30 and clinicals on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7-2pm or 2-9pm. I think this is the first year that they squished all the classes in on one day. It isn't working out very well, so I am guessing that classes will be on 2 days next year for the RN program. We had to finish all of our non-nursing classes before we started in the program. What about your program?

Hi everyone! I know the programs can all vary depending on nbr of semesters, but I was wondering how many hours a week do you spend in class/clinicals in the LVN program. Also, on average how many hours a week to you dedicate to studying? Thanks for the insight! :heartbeat
