just curious b/c I went to school for psychology & right now I'm in graduate school for social work. I am thinking of switching to nursing before finishing up my MSW b/c I'm so anxious to earn the title of RN and work in the hopsital doing clincial work!!
I'm just retiring from 20 (almost 21) years in the Navy. Just starting school and looking forward to earning that same title that you are.
I graduated with my BS in Sociology in 1995 and am now in an Accelerated BSN program.... will be 35 when I graduate... :)

Then why are you getting your MSW? Don't waste any more time (not that having an MSW is a waste). See how much of your previous undergraduate courses wold apply to your basic pre-requisites for a BSN. Good luck!

I was a teacher before becoming a nurse. I was 35 when I passed the borads. Now I am old!! Nursing was the best move I ever made! I love it!
