I think it would be helpful to have some more information. Confidence about what, exactly?

Experience helped me gain confidence in nursing. Things like making the right nursing decisions and knowing that my knowledge is valuable. Also, when I hit about 40, somehow other's opinions stopped mattering. I accepted my faults and decided to love myself; I think I'm pretty cool and unique. I know I work the best I can and try to keep growing as a person. Basically I'm saying that experience and age has given me confidence.

I'm old LOL Once you get past 50, you don't care so much anymore. You know who you are.

Walk around like you own the place.
Just kidding.
Please don't do that.
Take over the world instead.
That always does it for me.
