Just curious how long you are all waiting. I know Excelsior told me 6-8 months, but not sure how accurate that is. Do they notify you of cancellations to move your date up?
Thx.

I waited 7 months, but that was without a cancellation date, and limiting myself to one test site (Mansfield, because I could drive there). If you apply to the northern region (NPAC -- the NY and PA sites) and take a cancellation date, you will likely test sooner than 6 to 8 months.

I applied early Dec. and still waiting. Can't take a cancellation date or it would be sooner. I applied to the WI sites. Others who have posted on EPN that applied mid. Nov. for the MPAC area are getting a date for end of May and June so it looks like it is taking 4-5 months to actually get a date and 7-8 months for the actual test in that region.

I applied for the NPAC around January 18th or so, got offered a test date February 27th to test on May 8th . Going to push it back though because that only gives me 2 months to study (aiming for 3-4 months).

i applied the first week of dec, 2008, got a date in jan. 2009. for feb 20. i called the spac area for a cancellation date, and fell into one. if you are willing to travel, and have a flexible schedule, you should get a date fairly soon. but you have to keep calling.

I applied for date Nov 3, 2008 at MPAC. I called nearly everyday starting mid Dec. Got a date Jan 6 for Feb 6 in Lubbock. Passed and am waiting on EC to finish their stuff. Good Luck and call often if you want a date.

Applied June 24,2008 and took the test Dec 5-7, 2008. Was initally offered a date Sept 26-28 but declined it because I was not ready. I applied to NPAC. They have the fasted test dates.
Are you still waiting?? I passed on Feb. 22 and didn't get a graduation date until April 17th! I hate waiting. I did all my part really quickly, I wish I could say the same about EC.
No doubt. My grad date posted on 3/3/09. Called EC today, they wouldn't let me pay my fees... not posted until tomorrow. Isn't that crazy?! I called state board people at EC they told me they would mail my affidavit on Monday... we will see.

I applied to the NPAC and it took about 4.5 months before I tested (I also took a cancellation date).
