How long it takes for the board to contact me after they receive my eligibility paper

Published

Hi

I just took my Hesi on Nov. 4 and passed it :yeah:, however i have not heard anything from the board about my nclex test. finally another student was able to get a hold of some one on the board and they told her that we are not going to hear anything from them until feb. 2010. On their website it says it usually take 4-8 weeks. Does any one know how long it takes? Please if you know the answer let me know. :sniff:

ps. Is there anything that i can do about it?

There is not a thing you can do about it.

How many questions did you have before the comp shut off?

for hesi the computer gives you all of the 110 questions, for nclex is when the computer stops

what state are u in and do u register through pearson view to take the test

hesi is the exit exam required by certain schools, is it for LVN program.

I know that after I passed my exit exam (RN) I had to contact Pearsonview and the board myself, they didn't contact me.

If I understand the question correctly, you want to know how long it will be before you can schedule boards? I'm not sure I can answer your question, since I sat for my RN in Indiana, but I graduated May 9, got an e-mail to schedule early June, and took boards at the end of June. I had submitted payment for my license and boards in March, so it was out of the way. I'm sure each school and state are different though.

chelynn my school said that they have sent my papers in and now i am suppose to wait until they send me back another paper to fill out and turn in. what 's pearsonview? and how do i contact them? thank you
