How long after passing NCLEX did your license # appear on the NYS BON site?

Good night ladies and gentlemen,

I took my NCLEX exam today. I walked out of the center feeling like a failure, but after reading the forums, I decided to try the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT). I got the "good" pop up. Since this isn't 100%, I will pay to view my Quick Results when it is available. My question is, how long after passing the NCLEX did your license # appear on the NYS BON website? To me, this is the only REAL confirmation of a passing score .

I would like to work in a hospital. I originally wanted to work in the NICU, and i still do (next 5 years or so), however, I had a great experience in on a cardiac stepdown unit. The nurses and the manager liked me and I felt comfortable there. I will be interviewing for a position on the unit.

I did not get my license number I passed my rn nclex mid feb 2010 but still no number on the ny site, should I be worried?

I actually found out I passed from the verification site instead of using quick results. I found that odd since everyone I knew that passed didn't have their name on the site until a few days later. My name was on the site less than 48 hours after my test!

I got the candiate profile saying I passed about a week ago but nothing else

thanks for repling and yours was processed fast sooo jealous right now lol

do you or have you ever had a criminal record? call em! they will tell you exactly what the wait is................

It took 5 days after the test to see the license # posted on the NYS BON website and nine days to receive the hard copies of the registration and license

I passed NCLEX on the 10th. THE BON website had me on Nov 16th

I waited like 3 weeks and I never got my license yet and its not on the BON website either. Im getting worried

For me it took two weeks after passing the nclex for my license to appear at the BON website. To get the ATT, it took like 3 to 4 weeks. Meanwhile other states such as Florida were posting license #'s 2 days after the Nclex. New York sucks big time!
