How long is your journey?

Just curious - how long does it take you to get to work?

About 35-40 minutes - I live in a very rural area...

30 minutes! We do have nurses that come for the weekend, because it takes them 4 hours to get to work. Also, time of year does make a difference - it has taken me 2 hours to get home!

AND, TraumaRUs. don't you just LOVE living in the country?!!

Usually takes me 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic.

I live on the outskirts of the city. I commute for 35-50 min each way. It depends on what time I go in and the traffic level. It is 32 miles from my home. It is well worth the drive to live in the country!!:D

No way would I EVER drive more than 20 minutes to get to work ANYWHERE! :D It takes me 11 minutes, and somedays that seems too long! :rotfl:

So tell me Shodobe Mike.....how many days a week do you work?

Oh yea...takes me 7 minutes.

wayover20, I work usually 9-10 days on then come home for 4-5 days. I live in NorCal but work in SoCal where I have been at the same hospital for 25 years. I just couldn't stand to live in the overpopulated, high traffic SoCal. I love living in the Sierras on 4 acres with my wife and 6 Dobermans. The weather and peacefullness is unbelievable. The money I make working at three different places can't be beat either. Mike

PS, I am just coming off a two week vacation, so back to work!

Oh and Mike, love your dobe. I can't wait to finish building my house so I can get another dobe. They sure are wonderful dogs.:)

My journey has taken me a total of 4 years, 5 months and counting... Had to say it because it was such an interesting post. I appreciated the star trek emblem too =)
