i put the words, 'backstabbing co-workers' into google and allnurses.com came up. but it's so great that an honest discussion can happen here.

As a fairly new nurse, I was fed up with demanding family members and I typed it in a search engine which led me to a thread on the allnurses website. I wasn't sure what I had found because I had never seen a message board before. But I learned the ropes and have been coming here ever since.

I was at ivillage.com and was a member of several boards there when they changed the whole makeup of the place. Lost a lot of members, people didn't post there anymore. So while on the healthcare board the nurse there who ran that board posted about this one to tell me about it. I am eternally gratefull.
