you can only get a SSN once in the US and show that you have valid proof on being able to work in the US.
Where are you planning to apply?

You dont have one so just leave it blank.
Ok. Can you give me advice on what state(BON) to apply? thank you;)
depends where you want to live, also each BON has different requirements.

social security number (ssn#) is the final step of the immigration process, you will not even be able to apply for it until you arrive in the us and have a visa that permits you to work.
please take the time to read the "primer" at the top of the international forum, it has much information that you really need to know.
Thank you... :)

What if I applied to California and I passed the nclex but I decided to work in Maryland? How can I also get a SSN?
I suggest a read in this forum. You can not get a SSN until in the US with a valid work visa and because CA will not issue you with a license until you provide them with a SSN therefore you can not endorse. Suzanne has mentioned a few times what to do. Try using the search facility and use keyword SSN and/or California and read what comes up
