How do you find out how much do RN's/New Grads get paid in diffrent hospitals?

Hi everyone! I am looking for a job and curious if there's any way to find out how much I will be paid( approximately)?

You could try posting or looking through posts about different hospitals pay rates in your state's forum here on Allnurses.

If you can find out what union the hospital nurses belong to you can also google the union and search for the contract and it will show you the tiers of pay that nurses are getting.

In my area most hospitals are pretty open about what the going rate for new grads is. Any time HR folks came to meet with out class that was one of the things they mentioned.

I have cold called an employer and got an answer without identifying myself.
