It's been a few weeks since the semester started and I'm just wondering how everyone is doing in their studies! Feel free to share your tests, classes, or whatever! :)
I'm in AP 1, Micro, English 2, and 2 med term classes.
We have had 3 quizzes in AP, and I'm sitting around 95 right now. Not great, mostly just had confusion. Have our exam next Wednesday!
In micro we have had 2 quizzes, and an exam. So far I'm actually getting 100 on my quizzes, and won't know my exam until Tuesday! eek!
Don't let any grade define you as a person and your life. :) Don't let nursing degree be the end all be all. Some of the best nurses had B's and some had A's and some had C's. Do your best since your in a nursing program now. Don't be intimidated by the cheerleaders in the class. Don't be scared, just stay up late and get through it the best you can. Make some coffee, take your vitamins. You're gonna make it.
Going in to the 3rd week of classes and so far so good. I haven't cried once this semester but it's still too early yet . I'm taking Statistics and I have a 100, Nutrition 93, and A&P 1 92. We have a quiz every week in each class and it's a lot of work especially nutrition but I'm just taking it week by week. Tonight I have to study for A&P we have a quiz and the study guide alone is 35 pages plus another 5 of labs
I felt like I was doing pretty good but you guys are scaring me!
I am taking intro psych, human biology and lifespan development. I have an A in intro psych and should maintain a high A without much issue. I got Bs on my tests in the other classes, but did way better than most other students. Bio has lab and development has some participation points and writing assignments, so I still think I'll pull straight As.

Grades at the school I am attending are almost the same as loribrn2b.
90-100 = A
83 - 89 = B
75 - 82 = C
Below 75 = F
First time I have dealt with a grading scale like this...fingers crossed!
