I am currently an entry-level RPN. And was wondering the different ways to increase my salary but still remain an RPN. What are the different specialities I can branch into as an RPN?

My question exactly?
What country are you in? In the US, there is a Registered Nurse, and a Licensed Practical Nurse. There is no such thing as a Registered Practical Nurse.

OP is in Ontario, Canada. That is the only province to use that title. In the western provinces, RPN is a registered psychiatric nurse.
I don't know how things are in Canada - but here in the US if you are not interested in advancing your education and want to make more money you work extra shifts, lots of overtime or two jobs.

You can talk to your manager and justify why you think you need a higher salary. Discuss achievements and how you overcame obstacles.

In my experience, changing jobs can get you a salary bump sometimes. But you don't want to do it too often, or your work history will look like you are unreliable. However, once you are somewhere for a few years, changing your employer can potentially (not always) come with a nice raise.
