How would you analyze this situation: cna student accidentally bumps an ensure bottle on the nurses cart while carrying a food tray. Do you think this was due to nervousness or not paying attention. The student was aware that there was a cart in the middle of the hallway.
and it was the student's first day at the nur. home.

Deetrain, did this happen to you? Is it related to your question about the teacher who embarrassed you in front of the class? I'm not sure what you are asking; we can't know if this was due to nervousness or inattention because we were not there and you do not tell us. What does this have to do with mental health assessment?
I'm confused.
I was just describing a scenario of a student's performance during clinical, I was hoping a seasoned RN/mental health professional could spot signs of ADD/anxiety or other mental condition, based on the information I've given.. :::shrugs:::

That is not possible nor ethical to do in an online forum. You would need to be screened by a licensed mental health professional

You really need to meet 1:1 with someone to discuss your concerns.
Do either of your parents work for a company that has an Employeee Assistance Program? These are free and confidential services paid for by employers. What about student health service counselors?
Good luck

I would analyze it as an ACCIDENT. Which can happen to anyone.
