Can you believe applications have started opening up? Anyway, just an early start for everyone to discuss.
I'm planning on applying to Harris Health, Memorial Hermann, Methodist, & TCH, and I will be applying to multiple locations for each. I'm trying to decide if I should branch out and apply at some places out of state or not since I want a very demanding specialty, but I'm not necessarily ready to uproot my family just for my residency. I'm open to suggestions or thoughts from others who have been through this part of the experience already.
I interviewed with Memorial Hermann Medical Center for the OR on Tuesday. The interview panel explained they would contact us by Friday (or April 1st by the latest) for acceptance/rejection. I understand it takes time to reach a decision.
I was just wondering if anyone else who interviewed for the OR at the Med Center has been contacted yet?
This is my dream hospital. I’m just trying to remain positive but realistic.

I got the email for MDA too. Did you get the address/time we're supposed to be at on Tuesday?

Hey, hope everything works out! What MH hospital location and unit is it that you are interested in hearing back?
