Houston Nurse Residency: Spring 2023

Hello all! I wanted to start this thread for students graduating in December of 2022. I plan on specializing in either Pediatrics, L&D, or Postpartum! What field do yall plan to go into and where are yall interested in working?  I know that applications for some organizations will be opening up soon. Hopefully with this thread, we can keep each other informed and up to date. So far, I am aware that the Houston Methodist application opens on September 1st, and Memorial Hermann opens on September 11th.

Some of my peers have been receiving this call! Just curious, is your application still showing on your dashboard? I applied when applications opened, and I don't see it there. And now I can't remember if it was there previously haha

has anyone heard from texas children's?? their website says that interviews are 9/20-9/22, but no one I know has heard from them

Hey, I know a handful of my classmates that are scheduled for interviews tomorrow for CVICU, L&D, NICU, and PICU. The adult congenital  program reached out to me and a couple of my classmates Friday for a phone call.

When did y'all submit your applications? I know the interviews start tomorrow but since the application is still open I was wondering if they were still calling people.

A lot of us turned it in within the first week of opening

I know some classmates who have interviews tomorrow for the medical center location. I have a phone interview for the West location Friday. I was contacted via text to schedule.

hmm I applied to the woodlands so maybe that’s why
