Houston Nurse Residency: Spring 2023

Hello all! I wanted to start this thread for students graduating in December of 2022. I plan on specializing in either Pediatrics, L&D, or Postpartum! What field do yall plan to go into and where are yall interested in working?  I know that applications for some organizations will be opening up soon. Hopefully with this thread, we can keep each other informed and up to date. So far, I am aware that the Houston Methodist application opens on September 1st, and Memorial Hermann opens on September 11th.

Can someone tell me the starting pay for new grads at Houston Methodist? 
 

Also, how long did it take you to hear back after your interview? Some people have one, some have two?

They sent out an email to everyone for match day regardless of department, they said they'll let you know which department you're interviewing when you get there.

Starting pay is $32.50 and they have differential of $4.50 for Night Shift, I had 2 interviews and I got an offer the same day of my second interview

I got 2 offers, one from Willowbrook and one from The Woodlands, I don’t know bout the med center, I did not apply to that location

32.50 base pay

I had an HR phone interview, pre screening interview with the director and then a third interview with 2 nurse managers and a nurse educator. I got an offer the next day.
