OMG congratulations! For which unit if you don’t mind me asking?

Handful of people from variety of units has been gotten offers. Some has been getting offers as soon as the same day or the next day. I interviewed almost a week ago and has not heard anything. I heard that the portal is one of the last places to update so I have not been checking that. Mine says "under review." I don't know what to think or feel. I don't know if TCH really cares to let you know if you aren't selected or offered anything or they just leave you without a call for you to come to the conclusion you should move on? not sure. Does anyone know? edit: however, I do not know anyone who heard anything today including myself.

Has anyone who interviewed for TCH PICU night shift been hearing anything or know anyone who hard anything?

Soo some people have been hearing from their units literally the same day. While some heard the next day and then some people are still waiting. I thought they said decisions are going out all at once but it’s very much.. here and there. Not sure what to believe or think.

Classmate of mine got an offer for TCH NICU yesterday. anyone is familiar with the TCH process? Do they let you know if you are denied especially after an interview?
