Hello! I created this thread for those graduating in December who are applying to nurse residency programs in Houston for the Spring 2021 start date. Good luck everyone!!

I emailed the recruiter, they said they are still finalizing interviews for non-medical center ST. LUKES applicants. I think only St Lukes in the medical center got interviews so far

Well, I just received a rejection from Children’s NICU. I’m beyond saddened as this was my dream job. 
However, I was told that I would be considered for my second choice (greater heights NICU). Is this the same response everyone has been getting? Not sure if I am actually being considered or if that’s just a generic email they send to everyone.
 

Has anyone interviewed with this unit yet? 

Also has anyone received a 2nd match day interview?

so sorry to hear that! I hope you do well and get your second choice! did anyone else get calls back today?? I had emailed the recruiter who had set up my interview but still no response, the waiting is driving me insane

OMG NOOO I haven't heard a peep!! my interview was Wednesday for l&d at children's. I reached out to the recruiter on Saturday just as a follow-up thank you, but I haven't heard anything from her or anyone about anything. I'm getting nervous because I want to still be eligible and available for 2nd day match if I get rejected but am nervous ill miss it if I don't hear back in time. I can't even tell you how often im checking my email, and I have my phone glued to my side LOL!

same! I interviewed on Tuesday and was told I'd be hearing back within 1-2 days so I'm starting to give up LOL

I interviewed at CMH for the L&D unit on Wednesday of last week and they called me at about noon today to verbally offer me the position! I hope y’all hear something soon! Maybe they will reach out tomorrow
