Same I got my offer letter December 3rd. It says it in we will hear about 30 days before our start date which mine is Feb 22nd so hopefully this week or next

Ya'll. I am getting super discouraged about landing a residency job. I interviewed with 2 HCA hospitals last Thursday and still haven't heard anything back. The recruiter did say that we would probably hear back within a week after our interview but it seems a lot of offers have already gone out. I feel like I need to cross them off my list now...
