Houston GN Residency programs 2018

Hi! I just wanted to start a thread to get info and keep each other updated on the GN residencies available in the Houston area. So far, I have applied to TCH, Houston Methodist, and Harris Health. I also signed up for Memorial Hermann's Pre-Match Day taking place this Saturday 2/17/18!

Has anyone heard from St. Luke's ?

I haven't and don't know anyone who has. Wish most of these hospitals would at least send out denial emails or something.

Harris health is doing interviews in April and sending out offers in May.

I still have not heard back anything from harris health after sending the packet on march 16th or from Methodist TMC after my FaceTime interview on March 9th. Should I wait till the end of this month or contact the recruiters? Did anyone do their pre screening interview after me and receive an offer from methodist?

I also completed the pre-screening on March 3rd and have yet to hear back. I assumed they would have finished pre-screening by now. The recruiter I spoke with said there would be an email detailing the current status of your application either way. Hopefully we hear back soon. She said there was 600 applicants so I can imagine it's taking a while.

Anyone heard anything yet from Methodist TMC? I applied to the ICU and did the pre-screening event. I asked them at the pre-screening event when we should hear back and she said in a week or two. Well, its been a long time since then and I haven't heard anything. I know some people have heard from the Willowbrook location already. I also heard that they might be waiting so they can ask about exit HESI scores. Anyone know if this is the case? Thanks!

I haven't heard from them yet. Didn't they say they would start sending stuff out in April? I'm hoping they start contacting us soon. The wait is killing me!!!!

NO, I haven't heard from Harris Health since the Informational session last month.
