hi! capitol medical center is currently open for staff nurse position.. the requirements are as follows:

1. resume

2. 3 pcs. 2x2 pics with blue background

3. diploma

4. tor

5. rle record

6. board certificate/ certificate of registration

7. board rating of 78% and above

8. prc license

9. ptr

10. sss id/ e-1 form

11. tin

12. nbi clearance

13. police clearance

14. cedula

15. certificate of employment (if previously employed)

16. birth certificate

17. ivt license/ certificate of attendance

18. recent bls license/ certificate of attendance

i believe there's also some threads that are related to your inquiry.. just search..

hi, new rn here, i'm marc... i passed the june 2009 exam. and it is really hard for me to find a job. fortunately, i find this site which serves as a great venue for information and friendship, and it keeps me updated of some job openings here in the metro.

geez.. :) thanks a lot... ptr is professional tax receipt, right? is it ok to have a receipt if you still haven't practice your profession? how can i get one?

You can get PTR from city hall. Just ask around. In Quezon City, they have a separate table where you can get a PTR (located at the same building where people pay all kinds of taxes). It's P300. They wont ask you if youre practicing or not. Theyre just after your payment! hehe!

Hi tinesirk! I think you can get the PTR from your municipality.. Im not really sure about this though..

regarding to your last question here about hosp with bls,ecg,acls: just try heart center.they're having monthly training for these bls etc.just check their site or contact them for their december sched.they also have ivt but not sure if they have this dec..for having lots of choices of hosp,try search some threads here..

Marc: PNA will be conducting Introduction to ACLS on December 7-10. H.E.A.R.T Foundation/PHC also offers ACLS training (Dec. 14-16), BLS (Dec. 7/8) and ECG (Dec. 9-11). Hope this helps.. :nurse:

what happens if your BLS/ACLS training expires and you still don't have a job as a nurse? Do they still honor it or should the applicant renew it again? I hope not.

And, are there hospitals that honor IVT certificate even if their IVT license is still on-process for registration?
